YENAL GÖKPEK

Yenal Gökpek received his Bachelor's degree from Ege University Faculty of Science, Physics Department and completed his Master's degree in Mathematical Physics Department. He continues his doctorate education in the Department of Basic Oncology at Ege University Institute of Health Sciences since November 2019 under the supervision of Dr. Özkan Doğanay. His research interests are design and manufacturing of: Hyperpolarized Xenon-129 Polarizer Systems,  Helmholtz Magnetic Field Coils, RF Coils, Magnetic Resonance Imaging sequences.

ELİF SOYA

Elif Soya received her Bachelor's degree from Ege University at the Faculty of Science, Molecular Biology and Genetics Department and completed her Master's degree in Celal Bayar University Health  Sciences Institute at the Department of Medical Biology. She continues her doctorate education in the Department of Basic Oncology at Ege University Institute of Health Sciences since November 2019 under the supervision of Dr. Ozkan Doganay. She works actively within EgeSAM in the "Hyperpolarized Xenon-129 Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Pulmonary Diseases" TUBITAK 2232 - 118C189 project led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ozkan Doganay. Her research focuses on development of lung image processing techniques including Computed Tomography and Magnetic resonance imaging and management of ethical and clinical approvals for the clinical trials.  

ÖZGÜN BORAY YURDAKOŞ

Ozgun Boray Yurdakos received his bachelor's degree from Dumlupinar University Faculty of Engineering, Electrical nad Electronics Department and completed his master's degrees in Nanotechnology Department and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in Dokuz Eylul University. He continues his doctorate education in the Department of Basic Oncology at Ege University Institute of Health Sciences. Since May 2020, as a Ph.D. candidate underthe supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Ozkan Doganay. His research interests are: Analysis of Medical Images, MR sequence design, Multi Dimensional Signal Processing, Segmentation Methods on Medical Images.

NUR EKENEL

Nur Ekenel received her bachelor's degree from Ege University Chemical Engineering. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in the Department of Basic Oncology at Ege University Institute of Health Sciences since November 2019 under the supervion of Dr. Özkan Doğanay. Her research focuses on the development of lung image processing techniques and mathematical modelling. 

GULIN KAVAKALAN

S. CAN MUFTUOGLU

S. Can Müftüoglu received his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecularbiology at  Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel in Germany. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in the Department of Basic Oncology at Ege University Institute of Health Sciences since September 2020 under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayse Caner. He works actively within EgeSAM in the "lipidomics and microbiata in lung cancers.“ His areas of interest are cancer genetics, stem cells and immunotherapies.

BÜŞRA APAYDIN

Büşra Apaydın received her bachelor's degree from Ege University Faculty of Science Biology / Molecular Biology and Genetics. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree at the department of Basic Oncology in Ege University Institute of Health Sciences. Since November 2020, she works actively in EgeSAM on the “Exosomes as Biomarkers in the Diagnosis and Follow-up of Lung Cancer Patients” and "Investigation of circularRNA Molecules as Biomarkers” project with Assoc. Prof. Ayse Caner. Her research interests are lung cancer, immunotherapy,  and biomarkers.
